Stainless Steel (1.4031)
The awl has a sharp, pointed tip and a slightly curved, sharpened edge, designed for puncturing, drilling, and enlarging holes in various materials like wood, leather, or fabric. The awl is typically 50mm in length.
An older version of the Awl required a cut out of the rear scale.
Can Opener

This is a versatile and functional implement designed for opening canned goods and performing other tasks. The tool is typically made of stainless steel (1.4031) for durability and corrosion resistance. It has a unique shape and design, allowing for efficient and safe can opening. The can opener has a curved, hook-like shape, with a sharpened edge on the inner curve. This design allows the tool to puncture and cut through the metal of a can lid with a rocking motion. The can opener also features a small flathead screwdriver tip at the end. This additional functionality makes the tool even more versatile, as it can be used for tasks such as tightening screws or prying small objects.

Stainless Steel (1.4031)
The bottle opener has a flat, curved shape with a hooked end designed to pry off bottle caps. It also features a large flathead screwdriver tip, which can be used for tasks such as tightening screws or prying small objects. Some models may also include a wire stripper notch or groove for stripping insulation from electrical wires. It is typically 35mm long.

The Electrician Blade 1 has a modified sheepsfoot shape with a flat, straight edge and a blunt, rounded tip. It is designed primarily for stripping insulation from electrical wires and cables. The blade's shape allows for more precise control and minimises the risk of accidentally piercing the wires underneath the insulation. Its is typically 50mm long.
This is the more common version of the Electricians Blade, being found paired against the bottle opener or can opener. Its angle of bend is different to the Electricians Blade 2. It is generally paired with the Thin Spacer

The Electrician Blade 2 has a modified sheepsfoot shape with a flat, straight edge and a blunt, rounded tip. It is designed primarily for stripping insulation from electrical wires and cables. The blade's shape allows for more precise control and minimises the risk of accidentally piercing the wires underneath the insulation. Its is typically 50mm long.
This is the less common version of the Electricians Blade, being found paired against the Main Blade. Its angle of bend is different to the Electricians Blade 1.

Aluminium Oxide
The 93mm Alox front scale is the textured aluminium handle scale found on the backside of a 93mm Swiss Army Knife. Alox scales are made from aluminium oxide and feature an embossed pattern that provides an improved grip, enhanced durability, and resistance to wear and tear. The front scale typically features the Victorinox logo, an embossed shield with a cross.

Keyring Spacer
Aluminium, Brass or Stainless Steel
In some 93mm Victorinox Swiss Army Knives, small spacer components are used to ensure proper alignment and spacing between tools. These spacers help maintain the knife's overall structural integrity and functionality while preventing tools from rubbing against each other or becoming misaligned during use.
The spacers are thin, flat components that are placed between tools or against certain tools to create the necessary separation and alignment. They are held in place by the pins or screws that secure the knife's layers and scales.
It is typically 0.95mm thick.
This has a 1.9mm hole for a keyring to be slipped through.
Liner - Fischlin Firesteel

The Fischlin Firesteel is a custom aftermarket modification for the 93mm Alox Victorinox Swiss Army Knives designed by Roland Fischlin. It replaces one of the liners and provides a functional fire-starting tool, which generates sparks when struck against a hard, sharp surface.

The liners in a 93mm Victorinox Swiss Army Knife are thin metal plates that separate the tools and provide support and stability to the knife's overall structure. They play a crucial role in maintaining the knife's integrity and ensuring smooth operation of the tools. Modern designs use a 0.55mm thickness of liner.

Stainless Steel (1.4110)
The main blade of a 93mm Victorinox Swiss Army Knife is a versatile and essential tool designed for various cutting tasks. The blade is known for its durability, sharpness, and corrosion resistance.
Length: The main blade of a 93mm Victorinox knife typically measures around 70mm (2.75 inches) in length, with the cutting edge taking up the majority of that length. This size is suitable for a wide range of tasks, from opening packages to preparing food.
Shape: The blade has a drop point design, with the spine of the blade curving gently towards the tip. This shape provides a strong and versatile cutting edge, suitable for slicing, chopping, and piercing tasks. The blade features a plain edge, which is ideal for making clean, precise cuts.
Thickness: The blade's thickness is generally around 1.5mm to 2mm. This thickness offers a balance between durability and cutting performance, making the blade suitable for various tasks.
Tang: The main blade features a partial tang, extending into the knife's handle for added stability and strength. The tang is held in place by the pins or screws that secure the knife's layers and scales.

This custom serrated blade offers a different cutting experience compared to the standard plain-edge blade found on most Victorinox knives.
The serrated edge consists of a series of small, sharp teeth that provide an aggressive cutting surface. This type of edge is particularly effective for cutting through fibrous materials, like rope or cardboard, and can also be useful for slicing through bread, meat, and other food items.

This 93mm Blade is specific to the Solo model having a different bend to the blade.
Marlin Spike
Stainless Steel (1.4031)
The marlin spike has a long, slender, and pointed shape, designed for tasks such as loosening knots, splicing rope, or working with rigging in sailing and other nautical applications. It also came with an eyelet.
It is typically 81.5 mm long.
The pivot area thickness is 1.6mm and the pivot hole is 3.1mm in diameter

This is the more common version of the Pruner Blade, being found paired against the bottle opener or can opener. Its angle of bend is different to the Pruner Blade 2.
