Shipping Providers

We primarily use Royal Mail for all of our shipping needs. This enables us to provide tracked and insured shipping services for your peace of mind. Depending on the order value and destination, we may also use other reputable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page once you have entered your shipping address. In some cases, additional charges may apply for international shipping, such as customs fees and taxes. We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping to another higher method, should we decide to do so.


Domestic Shipping (within the United Kingdom)

We offer tracked and insured shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom. The delivery time for domestic orders is typically 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping service selected during checkout.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 is the preferred method up to £100.

  • Royal Special Delivery is the preferred method for above £100


International Shipping

We ship to a significant number countries worldwide using Royal Mail or other reputable courier services, depending on the destination. All international orders are tracked and insured. If you can't see your country on the option, please email


The delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and local postal services. Generally, international shipments take approximately 7-21 business days to arrive. An overview of Shipping regions and indicative prices are listed below, but are subject to change at any point.

  • Europe - From £7.00

  • USA, Canada & Mexico - From £15.00 (please note that there is currently a surcharge due to the cost of doing business with North America

  • Australasia - From £15.00

  • Other Nations - From £15.50

Please note that you, as the recipient, are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and duties that may be incurred during the shipping process. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the courier's website.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refunds and Returns Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions under which SAK Spares ("we," "us," or "our") accepts returns and issues refunds for products purchased from us. By purchasing products from us, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to this Policy.

2. Legal Compliance

This Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and other applicable laws and regulations governing consumer rights in the United Kingdom.

3. Right to Cancel

3.1. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day after you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods (the "Cooling-Off Period").

3.2. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email, or through our website). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

3.3. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the Cooling-Off Period has expired.

4. Returns

4.1. If you cancel the contract within the Cooling-Off Period, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

4.2. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4.3. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


4.4. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you

5. Exceptions

5.1. The right to cancel and return goods does not apply to:

a) Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised;

b) Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

c) Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

d) Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;

e) Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

6. Refunds

6.1. If you cancel the contract within the Cooling-Off Period and return the goods as required, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

6.2. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or

b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

6.3. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.


7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

7.1. In addition to your right to cancel, if the goods you have received are faulty or misdescribed, you have a legal right to reject the goods and receive a full refund, request a repair or replacement, or seek a price reduction or a final right to reject, depending on the specific circumstances, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7.2. You must inform us of the fault or misdescription within 30 days of receiving the goods. If the fault or misdescription is discovered after 30 days but within six months of receiving the goods, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, or a full or partial refund if the repair or replacement is not possible or not done within a reasonable time or without causing significant inconvenience to you.

7.3. To exercise your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods, you must provide us with a clear statement of the fault or misdescription, along with evidence such as photos or videos, if applicable. You may contact us by letter, email, or through our website.

7.4. If we agree that the goods are faulty or misdescribed, we will, at your choice, repair or replace the goods, or issue a full or partial refund. We will bear the cost of returning the faulty or misdescribed goods to us and any costs associated with repairing or replacing the goods or issuing the refund.

7.5. If we repair or replace the goods, we will deliver the repaired or replaced goods to you at our expense.
